* Conference attendees are requested to download and complete the Registration Form, and submit it to icrms2009@163.com no later than June 15, 2009. For those who hope to make accomodation reservation through the conference organizer, please fill up the hotel reservation in the Registration Form.
Remark
1. The registration (except Accompanying person) includes proceedings, program booklet, refreshments, tour and banquet.
2. Please send back the filled registration form by e-mail or by fax as soon. Different registration fees will be charged according to your registration time.
3. No refunds are possible if you cancel the attendance for any reason.
4. Receipt of your payment will be issued on the day of the conference addressed to the applicant name as registered. If you wish for the change in the name or date of issuance, please contact the secretariat by e-mail or fax. (E-mail: icrms2009@163.com; Fax: 8610-82328045)
5. Student rates are applicable for Master and Doctor Degree students. A certification from your department is required.
Important Notice for the authors
At least one author of each accepted paper must register on or before June 15, 2009. Otherwise, the submitted paper will not be included in the proceedings as well as the conference program.

How to Register
1. Please fill the registration form and email it to: icrms2009@163.com
2. Scan your bank bill and email it to: icrms2009@163.com
Note: ONE FORM for each delegate and his/her accompanying person. For multiple registrations, please make copies of the registration form.
Passport and Visa:
A valid passport is required to enter China. If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Chinese visa authorities, or visit Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
The organizing committee will provide an official letter of invitation upon request. Please contact Prof. Miao Qiang for your invitation letter for visa acquisition by email: mqiang@uestc.edu.cn.
