Paper Submission Instructions

(1) Submission Porta lPaper submissions for the conference will be managed via the EasyChair system. Please submit your full paper or abstract through the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=icrms2026 If you do not have an account, please register first on the EasyChair platform.
(2) Paper Format Papers must strictly follow the IEEE conference paper formatting requirements; templates are attached. Full papers should generally be 4–6 pages including figures, tables and references. Only full papers will be accepted by the conference.
(3) Review and Publication All submitted full papers will undergo peer review. Accepted papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore.
(4) Registration and Presentation At least one author of each accepted paper must complete conference registration and pay the registration fee, and deliver an oral presentation at ICRMS 2026 as required.
(5) Exclusive Submission PolicyPapers uploaded to the submission system must not be submitted to any other conference or journal before the acceptance/rejection decision is issued.
(6) Paper Awards All accepted papers are eligible for nomination and evaluation for programs including the Conference Paper Incentive Program.
